I have Breeze hat already. I am thinking of ordering another one, but I would like it with a bigger rim. The current hat has a rim of about 14 inches in the longest direction. Could I get one which would be 2 inches longer? If yes, what would be the cost?
Same question for a Cabana hat.

In your case, simply making the brim of the hat bigger would add $10.00 to the price of the hat. The shipping would be slightly higher also because we would need to use a bigger box
