Hat Band

I have a hat from you that has a hat band with a feather cluster in the back. It has a pony tail appearance. Do you still have the same or a similar hat band?

Hat Bands

I was looking at your hat bands and wondered how one replaces/attaches a new hat band on a felt Outback style hat?

Hi Doug,
Our bands are adjustable to the size of the hat, however how you attach them so they don’t slide off varies from hat to hat. We use many different types of attachments on our own hats (which are not much different from the felt hat you describe).

Glue can work well, but leaves a residue if you take the band off. Stitching through the band and hat in the back will keep you from loosing your band, and usually gravity will help with the looks. Hand Stitching in 3 or four places around the hat is one of the best methods Using a sewing machine will also do a great job, but requires a heavy duty machine.
