Hi. I bought one of your hats in a fair in Texas and I loved it, but because of the sun now it is rigid, and it doesn’t look the same.
I would like to use the warranty of the hat and instead of getting a refund, get a new one, same model. I didn’t find it in your website so I attach a picture of it.
I love it and every time I use it people ask me where I bought it.
Let me know what’s the procedure,
P.S. And if you have a calendar of events where you are showing in Texas please let me know. I would like to buy another hat, but need to try it on.

You have a Sirocco in color Mocha.
As a side note, we do not warrantee against the effects of sun, as most sun damage is due to leaving a hat in an automobile in extreme heat. The leather we use to make your hat has never been known to stiffen from normal exposure to the sun.
Our procedure for dealing with a defective hat is to have it returned to us. If the damage is deemed to be from other than normal wear and use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion for no charge.
We do offer another solution. If you would like to keep your current hat, we will send you another one for $40 including shipping, which is ½ of the current price of $79.95 plus shipping.
Either way, we will be glad to be of service.
